If you are thinking about buying a WorldMark premier membership, or adding credits to your existing membership, chances are you have a lot of questions about buying on the secondary market. Please don’t hesitate to call us just to ask questions. Only you can decide when it is the right time for you to purchase a membership, but in the meantime, we have the information you need to make an informed buying decision.
We are happy to share our seventeen years of experience as WorldMark owners, members of Interval International, and members of RCI. We are always happy to share our knowledge when it comes to Bonus Time, Cruise-for-Credits, Vacation Escapes, International Tours, and more.
We only sell perpetual premier ownerships. Your WorldMark Timeshare can be willed to your heirs. You have full use of bonus time, and you have access to all future resorts, owner education classes, etc.
We don’t throw in free week vacations as an incentive to buy, and we don’t pay for your first year of RCI (which is an optional program that you can sign up for on your own for less than $100 per year) also, TravelShare membership and benefits do not come with these ownerships. TravelShare is only available through Wyndham Resorts, Inc.
TravelShare is a membership offered by Trendwest Resorts to all new and existing Owners of WorldMark.
Q. What if I am a TravelShare member and I want to transfer my WorldMark ownership to someone else? Does my TravelShare membership also transfer?
A. No. Unless you are transferring to eligible family members (parents, spouse, domestic partner, siblings, children and grandchildren) who then have the opportunity to become a TravelShare member by enrolling into the program without an additional upgrade.
Currently Wyndham Resorts, Inc. is selling Worldmark, the club credits for $1.90 each plus $199.00 closing fee. This means that 10,000 credits would normally cost you $19,199.00. We are able to offer you these same credits for under $1.00. Because our inventory changes on a daily basis, we don’t list all of our memberships on our website. If you would like a list of the memberships we currently have available for purchase, please call us on our Toll Free number at 1-800-309-5211 or you can email us and we will be happy to email, snail mail, or fax you a list.
We purchase memberships outright from WorldMark owners who need to sell their membership. Because we own these memberships, and have all the necessary documents on hand, your purchase can be handled quickly and easily, and we can have you all set to book your first vacation in as little as fourteen days!
While we are a separate company from Wyndham, we do work closely with them to facilitate a smooth, easy transfer of ownership.

However, with the resale of Worldmark® Ownership, there is no difference for the new owner. The Ownership is exactly the same!

Your funds are deposited into our broker trust account for safekeeping until the transfer is completed. Once Wyndham has notified us that they have transferred the membership into your name, we will provide you with a final settlement statement and copies of all documentation in accordance with standard real estate practices. You'll be confident that you own the membership, and you'll have a properly documented file to prove it!
